TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The Voucher/Gift Voucher/Gift Card is valid for 6 months from the date of issue or in any case no longer than the calendar year of issue. After this period, it will no longer be usable.
- The Voucher/Gift Voucher/Gift Card does not give the possibility to receive change and/or a refund, and it must be used in a single travel solution.
- The Voucher/Gift Voucher/Gift Card can be used every day of the week.
- The reservation of the service by the recipient/beneficiary of the Voucher/Gift Voucher/Gift card shall be sent preferably by email indicating the date and time of choice for the Tuk Tuk experience received.
HOW DOES the Voucher/Gift Voucher/Gift Card WORK?
- The Voucher/Gift Voucher/Gift card bought shall be sent by us by e-mail only to the buyer, and only after the buyer has made the payment. The following information must be indicated in the payment notes: the first name, last name and a telephone number of the person receiving the Voucher/Gift Voucher/Gift card issued.
- Once the Voucher/Gift Voucher/Gift Card has been received, the recipient/ beneficiary will contact us by phone or email, informing us of their desire to redeem it and indicating a preferred date on which they would like to enjoy the experience received.
- The provider of the Bergamo By Tuk Tuk service will check their availability to offer the service on the date and time indicated and desired by the user, making every effort to accommodate the request received and promptly communicating whether or not they are available. In the unfortunate event of non-availability on the date and time requested, an alternative time and/or optional date will be proposed.
